No charge for cancellation received more than 24 hours prior to scheduled event. No refund (100% charge) for cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to scheduled event. PWC may cancel trips in case of inclement weather. Snorkeling and swimming activity may be cancelled for safety reasons in the event of inclement weather conditions. Natural occurrences in the ocean and with the weather may prevent passengers from participating in snorkeling or swimming. Any sailing catamaran trip can be chartered for the equivalent of 35-passengers minimum, plus per-head at retail rate above 35 passengers up to a maximum of 49.
